Jerome “Jerry” Adler, 76 and his wife Dorothy Adler, 73, returned to the Stony Point Justice Court on Tues., Feb. 6. Jerry Adler was not present, his attorney was; Dorothy Adler was in attendance with her attorney.

Judge Philips was advised that Mr. Adler had procured a dog from an individual in the Albany, NY area which violated of the Court’s release on own recognizance (ROR), which is a release without bail.  Justice Philips then set bail for Mr. Adler at $2,500.00, which he must post to avoid arrest.
